This document provides you with information about your rights related to the processing of your personal data and its protection. We process your personal data in a transparent, fair manner and in accordance with applicable legal regulations – in particular Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.

- Managing your reservations in our system and ensuring the agreed game session
- Ensuring the security of our systems and networks against misuse
- Improving the quality of services and developing new game experiences
- Analysing website traffic and measuring the usage of services
- Sending news and marketing communications (only with consent or within legitimate interest)
- Debt collection and protection of our rights in the event of a dispute
- Keeping accounting records and fulfilling legal obligations
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of a contract – processing is necessary to fulfil your reservation and provide the service
- Legitimate interest of the Operator – protection of rights, statistics, system security, direct marketing
- Fulfilment of legal obligations – accounting, tax regulations
- Consent – e.g. for photographing and sharing photos on social media
4. What Personal Data We Process
We process only the data necessary to provide our services. When booking an appointment, we ask you for:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Additional reservation information (e.g. number of players, age of children, etc.)
The web server automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, language settings and access timestamp. This data is used exclusively for resolving technical issues and is never used to identify specific individuals.
We never store payment data (e.g. payment card numbers). Card payments are processed by certified payment partners and we do not have access to this data.
5. How Long We Process Your Data
- Reservation data: automatically deleted no later than 30 days after the reserved date (except for the email address for possible sending of photographs). The email is deleted within 60 days of the appointment.
- Accounting documents: 10 years in accordance with statutory requirements
- Marketing communication: until unsubscription or withdrawal of consent
- Server logs: max. 90 days for security purposes
6. Photographing and Sharing Photos
After the game, at your request or with your consent, we may take a free photograph of you and your group as a souvenir of the game experience. We may share the photograph on our website or social media only if you give your express consent. You may revoke your consent at any time.
7. Who We Share Your Data With
We provide your personal data to third parties only in cases stipulated by law or with your consent. We typically share data with:
- Technical service providers (hosting, reservation system, email distribution services)
- Traffic measurement services (e.g. Google Analytics – anonymised traffic)
- Legal and tax advisors to the extent necessary
- Collection agencies in the case of overdue debt collection
- State authorities (Police of the Czech Republic, administrative bodies) on the basis of legal obligation or request
Our suppliers are predominantly EU or EEA entities. If a transfer to a third country were to occur, we will ensure appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 46 GDPR (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).

Our website uses cookies – small text files stored in your browser – to ensure proper functionality, analyse traffic and for potential marketing purposes.
- Essential cookies: necessary for the basic functionality of the website (e.g. session management and reservations). These cannot be disabled.

9. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain embedded elements from third parties, such as Facebook widgets, Google Maps or YouTube videos. These services are governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with them.

We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Access to data is protected by passwords, communication is encrypted via HTTPS and systems are regularly updated.
In the event of a personal data breach that could pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you in accordance with GDPR requirements without undue delay.
11. Our Services and Children
Only persons aged 16 or over may make a reservation in our system. If the user is under 16 years of age, consent from a legal guardian (parent) is required. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the consent of their legal guardians.
