Operating Rules

1. General Provisions

The founder and operator of the Laser Game Radešov facility is the company Zerion s.r.o., Company ID: 23297476, registered at Radešov 31, Police nad Metují, 54954 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). The gaming premises are located at the same address.

The facility consists of:

  • Reception and facilities
  • Preparation area and changing rooms
  • Game arena

Users of the gaming premises (hereinafter referred to as the "User") may be individuals or groups of players who have a confirmed reservation with the Operator or a person authorised by the Operator.

Every User is obliged to comply with these operating rules, follow staff instructions, and behave in a manner that does not endanger the health or property of others.

2. Arena Operation and Management

The Operator, or a person authorised by the Operator (receptionist, operator), is responsible for the smooth operation of the Arena. Contact details:

Current pricing and opening hours are published on the website www.radesov.cz. The arena is open year-round except for public holidays and maintenance days.

Use of the arena outside standard operating hours (corporate events, birthday parties, etc.) is possible by prior arrangement with the Operator.

Cancellation or Change of Reservation

The User is obliged to notify the Operator of any change or cancellation of a reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In the case of late cancellation or failure to appear without notice, the Operator reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or refuse future reservations from the User. Cancellation terms are specified in the price list.

3. Entry Conditions and Age Restrictions

To ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience, the following entry conditions apply:

Player Age

  • Children from the age of 7 may play in the presence of a legal guardian or an authorised adult.
  • Players aged 15 and over may play independently.
  • The legal guardian is responsible for the safety of children in their care.

Health Restrictions

Entry to the Arena is not recommended for persons with:

  • ⚠ a pacemaker or other implantable electronic device
  • ⚠ epilepsy or photosensitive disorders (the game involves light effects and flashing)
  • ⚠ dizziness or balance disorders
  • ⚠ serious orthopaedic conditions or recent surgeries
  • ⚠ pregnancy

If the User is unsure about their health condition, we recommend consulting a doctor before playing. The Operator is not liable for health complications caused by failure to follow these recommendations.

Minimum Number of Players

The game is designed for groups of at least 2 players. The maximum number of players per game depends on the chosen game mode and is listed in the price list.

4. Safety and Property Protection

User safety is our priority. For this reason, the following binding rules apply in the Arena and adjacent areas:

The following is prohibited in the Arena:

  • entering in unsuitable footwear – only closed-toe sports shoes with flat, non-slip soles are permitted; high heels, slippers, and shoes with cleats are prohibited
  • playing without a T-shirt under the vest (the vest is worn over a T-shirt)
  • bringing or handling sharp, glass, or otherwise dangerous objects
  • moving or damaging gaming equipment, mobile obstacles, and decorations
  • bringing food, drinks, or chewing gum
  • entering under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances
  • physically attacking, pushing, or injuring other players
  • deliberately blocking the sensors of other players' weapons or vests
  • using a mobile phone as a light source or disruptive element
  • entering technical or service areas

The following applies throughout the entire Radešov facility:

  • no smoking and no use of electronic cigarettes
  • no entry with animals (exception: assistance dogs)
  • no entry by unauthorised persons into staff areas and technical rooms

The User is obliged to immediately report to staff any defects, damage, or emergencies discovered during the game.

5. Game Rules and Course of Play

Before each game, a briefing is conducted by the Arena staff. During the briefing, players are familiarised with the game rules, equipment controls, and safety instructions. Attendance at the briefing is mandatory.

Basic Game Rules:

  • Each player receives a vest with sensors and a laser weapon – the equipment must be handled with care and returned to staff in good condition after the game.
  • The objective of the game is to hit the sensors on opponents' vests with a laser beam.
  • Physical contact between players (pushing, grabbing, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • A player whose vest signals a hit must respect the cooldown period and must not cover the sensors with their hands.
  • The Arena staff have the right to interrupt the game at any time for safety reasons or in the event of rule violations.

The number of game rounds, their duration, and any overtime are determined by the Arena staff before the start of the game and depend on the chosen game mode.

6. Gaming Equipment and Liability for Damage

All gaming equipment (vests, weapons, charging stations, obstacles, etc.) is the property of the Operator. The User is obliged to handle the equipment with care and in accordance with staff instructions.

In the case of intentional damage or destruction of equipment, the User is obliged to compensate the Operator for the full amount of the damage caused.

The Operator is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of Users' personal belongings. We recommend using the lockable lockers in the changing room.

7. Photography and Video Recording

  • Photography and video recording in the Arena is permitted only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • The Operator may take photographs and video recordings during games for marketing purposes. If the User does not consent to being recorded, they must inform staff before entering the Arena.
  • Publishing recordings depicting other persons without their consent is prohibited.

8. Emergencies and First Aid

In the event of an injury:

  • immediately stop the game and call staff
  • in case of a life-threatening situation, call the emergency medical service: 155, or the general emergency number: 112

A first aid kit is available at the reception. The facility staff are trained in providing first aid.

Emergency exits are marked with standard signage and must be kept clear at all times.

9. Final Provisions

The facility staff are obliged to familiarise the User with these operating rules before entering the Arena.

By entering the facility, the User confirms that they have read these operating rules and agrees to comply with them.

In the event of a violation of the operating rules, the User may be immediately expelled from the facility without any right to a refund. The Operator also reserves the right to claim damages.

The Operator reserves the right to update these operating rules at any time. The current version is always available at the reception and on the website www.radesov.cz.

These operating rules are effective from 1 April 2026.
